We had three bathrooms and the kitchen renovated. They were very accommodating to everything we wanted. Every room looks amazing.

Very happy with our renovation. The team was professional, on time, and kept us informed throughout the entire project. They paid attention to the details, kept the place tidy, and delivered exactly what was promised. The finished result looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

5/5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional Experience with Monarc Developments!

We recently had Jaan and his incredible team at Monarc Developments renovate our kitchen, loungeroom, meals, and living areas, and we could not be happier with the results.

The kitchen design is an absolute dream—the cupboard layout and the incredible walk-in pantry are exactly what I had envisioned! The craftsmanship across the board is top-tier; Jaan's team of tradesmen are true professionals and clearly exceptional at their craft.

What truly sets Monarc Developments apart, though, is Jaan’s incredible project management. His communication is unmatched—he responded to my messages within a few minutes and consistently kept me in the loop with every stage of the project as it was being implemented.

If you are looking for a professional, highly skilled, and stress-free renovation experience, I cannot recommend Jaan and the Monarc team highly enough. Thank you for transforming our home! :)

Couldn’t be any happier. The whole team was professional, respectful and easy to deal with. The workmanship was immaculate and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work. They kept the site clean throughout the project, no mess, no loud music, no headaches. Everything was completed on time and the final result honestly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

I don't readily give five star reviews, but we were very satisfied with the whole experience of choosing Monarc Developments for our renovation.
Jaan was attentive, punctual and importantly did the work and provided a great result exacly as he said he would. No hassles, finished on schedule and quality outcome.
Happy to recommend them and we will use Monarc without hesitation for the next project.
